Chemical Resistance:
Effect of Acids: Decomposed by strong mineral acids; resistant to weak acids. Resistant to most mineral acids: disintegrated by 95% sulphuric acid. Very Resistant. Will disintegrate in hot dilute and cold concentrated acids. Same as Manila. Same as Manila.
