OMNI-BLOCK SINGLE SWIVEL PULLEY

The Omni-Block combines a swivel and pulley into one tool, and incorporates a unique side plate that opens while the pulley is still attached to the anchor. Traditionally, a pulley is connected to a swivel by a carabiner. However, the Omni eliminates the need for the carabiner, reducing length and pieces of equipment in the rigging system. The short length of the Omni is important when used in high-angle, confined space or other space-sensitive rigging environments. The reduced weight of the Omni will make hauling your gear easier. Additionally the Omni side plate can be opened without detaching from the carabiner. Traditional pulleys require removing from the carabiner to change the rope. With the Omni, the user is able to do this while the pulley is still secured.

KOOTENAY KNOT-PASSING PULLEY

KOOTENAY is a knot-passing pulley that allows passage of joining knots. The large diameter sheave mounted on sealed ball bearings ensures excellent efficiency.

• High clearance rope channel allows passage of joining knots (long raise or Tyrolean traverse on two ropes)
• Large diameter sheave mounted on sealed ball bearings for excellent efficiency
• Locking pins on the sheave allow pulley to be used as an anchor

RSI EXTRA-WIDE PULLEY

Constructed of high strength alloy aluminum. 4″ diameter by 3″ wide pulley sheave with Oilite® bushing. Rotating sideplates allow pulley to be attached to rope at any point. Will accommodate ropes up to 2″ diameter.

HEAVY DUTY PULLEYS

Now there’s a pulley that’s as serious about rescue as you are! We’re talking 16,000 pound breaking strength with 5/8″ rope capability. The extra large rigging point accepts the largest carabiners–two of them. The extra wide, skirted sideplates fully enclose 5/8″ rope. Available in 3 or 4 inch sheave diameter, with needle bearings or bushings.

DOUBLE-ENDED PULLEYS

The 2 3/8”aluminum sheave models are ideal in rescue situations for use with rope. By using the extra rigging hole at the bottom of the pulley, they can be daisy chained together in block and tackle fashion or the lower hole can be used to direct the load. The 2 3/8” steel sheave models are outstanding for use with steel cable. In high line situations the extra hole can be clipped together for an extra margin of safety.
