Cable Laid Type 21 slings are specialized slings, designed specifically for applications that require extreme flexibility, resistance to kinking and freedom from crankiness. Type 21 is a single-leg construction for use singly or in pairs. Where cutting or abrasion are factors. however, the All-Purpose Type 11 sling is recommended.
HOW TO ORDER CABLE LAID TYPE 21 SLINGS:
EXAMPLE: For a single leg-sling with half thimbles one end and loop on other end, rated capacity of 3.8 tons vertical, 8 ft. long. ORDER: One — 3/4″ diameter Type 21-1-5, 8 ft. long.
